The Northeast Region's Climate

Climate is the kind of weather an area gets over a long time.

The Northeast Region gets all of the seasons - summer, spring, fall, and winter! The climate changes depending on the time of year.

Winters can be below freezing and very arid, or dry, with temperatures getting colder the further north you go. The summers, on the other hand, can be quite hot and humid, or wet, and can be warmer the further south you go.

Many creatures live in the Northeast Region and have learned to adapt, or change themselves to live in, this region.
